Which is why I think they sometimes get annoyed when you give them a catalog keycode from your own catalog and then say you have a sale code too! Now that I know I always give them the code I want to use instead of the most recent catalog code that I've been given, but it took a while for me to figure that out. Because they always ask "Can you tell me the code from the back of your catalog" when sometimes the codes come in the emails! (or from friends)

    But now we all know!

    Exclamation

The Customer Service Rep I ordered from just now told me that it would make their jobs easier and that they would be ever so greatful if we gave them the code's 1st before giving them our list of items we are ordering on the phone from the 800 number. This is because if we give them the code last and then the code is no longer valid, their system erases your entire order and they have to enter each item over again. This can be bothersome for the reps if your order is a large one, I imagine. So, to make things easier on our CSR friends, give them the codes 1st so they can verify if they are active or expired before we give them our items we ordering.

Thanks; I think it is a really good idea for us to try as hard as we can to be NICE!!

However, when I place an order, they ask me for the key code first, before they enter any item numbers. So, I just give the sale code for the key code, and it seems to work fine.

By the way, Angie, thank you for your work on the CLONE site!
